The attractive village of Lightwater is situated on the edge of the Surrey/Berkshire border within approximately 25 miles of Central London.

Junction 3 of the M3 Motorway is close by and provides fast access to the M25 Orbital Road, London and the South Coast. London Heathrow International Airport is within about 20 minutes drive.

The larger towns of Guildford, Camberley, Reading, Bracknell and Woking are all within easy driving distance and provide excellent shopping facilites and British Rail access to London.
